Try this simple exercise routine and see how it works for you: o Always start with a light warm up by doing low aerobic exercise for six to eight minutes o One - two sets of weight training with 30 -45 seconds rests in between o Do cardiovascular exercise for 20 - 30 minutes o Cool down and stretch! Push Up Pump Workout
